Man Uses Drone To Walk Dog During Coronavirus Lockdown [Watch]

If we’ve learned anything during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, it’s that boredom gives way to creativity. In Cyprus, for example, following a government-mandated lockdown, a man used a drone to walk his dog.

To prevent the spread of the airborne contagion, cities and entire nations have shut down entirely. Schools, gyms, libraries, and businesses have been temporarily closed with the intention of “flatten the curve.”

Responsible Cyprus resident Vakis Demetriou was adhering to the lockdown when he decided to use a drone to walk his dog. USA Today reports that the pup, Oliver, was tethered to a drone that carefully hovered several feet above.

Hilarious footage uploaded to social media shows the white pooch leisurely strolling during the fifth day of quarantine. “Stay home but don’t forget your dog’s happiness,” the video is captioned.
