How to get through difficult times?

We all go through challenges sometimes. I think that this is just our experience here on Earth. I honestly don’t know people who would have “easy lives”.
Some people might appear as if they have it all figured out, but very often, when you get to know them better, you will learn that they also have their own challenges.
Sometimes, they just prefer not to admit them. Today, I wanted to share with you a couple of my tips on how to handle challenging situations and go through difficult periods in life.
Focus on solutions instead of dwelling on the problem. The more you analyse “what is wrong” the more you are in a state of negativity, and it doesn’t help. Instead, try to get your attention on what it is that you can do to resolve the issue or overcome the struggle.
Meditate – Meditation can be very helpful during challenging periods. It can help you to reduce stress. (If you want to learn how to meditate properly get in touch with me)
Gratitude practice – To get your mind into a positive state, try this. Sit down or lay in bed, close your eyes, and imagine what is that you are grateful for. Try to visualize some examples of situations or people that brought joy into your life recently. It can be something you like about yourself. It could be your partner, your mother, or just some small situations from your life that happened lately.
Get your mind away from the problem. Watch some comedy, and meet a good friend for a chat, but don’t talk about the challenge. Talk about something fun instead. Try to be creative in solving the problem. There are many ways how the solution can be found.
Seek advice from good, trusted friends who might have different perspectives from you. Focus also on some kind of sport, training, workout, gym, classes, etc. When the body is strong, it is easier to overcome the struggles.
Finally, remember that sometimes what seems like a struggle turns out to be a blessing sometime later. When one door closes, the new one opens. Some things have to end for new things to begin.
