“Liberty Crumbling” by Damon Langlois bagged the first place at the Texas SandFest 2019. At the 23rd iteration of the fest, 35,000 folks arrived at Port Aransas in Texas. The fest is now known as the biggest native-sand sculpting contest in the US.
The mission of Texas SandFest is invigorating the local community by procuring money for the local charities. It also concerns itself with awarding scholarships to high school kids. The organization managed to raise $355,000 with a total of $1,261,750 over the last eight years.
