North Korea has just test fired a missile over Japan

British newspaper The Independent has reported that North Korea  just launched a test missile over Japan in an act that is likely to escalate tension in the region and across the globe.

This event is following missiles fired into the Sea of Japan three days ago, in which was thought to be a retaliation to comments from President Trump saying he would meet their threats with “fire and fury”.

The Japanese military have not made an attempt to shoot down the missile, which passed their airspace at around 6:06 am local time.
