When nurse Kimberly Joy Mallo Magbanua isn’t administering medicine to patients or fulfilling daily tasks, she’s thinking of ways she can “inject art” using syringes.

The artist and medical professional shared on Bored Panda that she was first struck with the idea to create masterpieces in such a unique way when she told a patient, ““Inject some art to your life to make it more colorful.” The advice seemed so wholesome, she grasped onto it herself!

“Why don’t I try to fill the syringes up with paints… and do my art?” she asked. So she did! And the results, as you can view below, are quite extraordinary.

It’s always heartening when individuals express themselves in unconventional ways. It inspires the masses to ask, “what if?” And that, some might argue, is the most powerful question anyone can ponder.

“Pajaros del Amor”

“Ararauna”

“Red Riding Hood”

“Loro”

“Kristo”

“Hesukristo”
