Meditation is not just a spiritual practice for spiritual people. It’s also not just a placebo that certain types of people experience. Meditation is actually heavily backed up by science and can have a profound impact on your all round wellbeing.

In this video Neuroscientist Sara Lazar talks about the changes meditation has on the physical structure of your brain.
