Canadian journalist Eva Bartlett exposes the western media and the narrative that supports the western intervention in the Syrian conflict.
According to Bartlett, there are no independent international organisations on the ground in East Aleppo to report facts about the conflict, and the facts that are being reported are being done so from The Syrian Observatory For Human Rights which is a one person organisation that is run by Rami Abdurrahman (Ossama Suleiman) out of Coventry in the UK.
She then goes into information about the White Helmets, which according to their website–
“The White Helmets come from all walks of life. The 2,900 volunteers are united by their motto that ‘to save one life, is to save all of humanity.”
Saying they have been funded for over “$100 million” by western government. She goes on to explain that from her research that “no one in Eastern Aleppo has heard of them”.
There is then a claim that there have been reports using the same child “Aya” to promote the war. I personally could not find the reports in question, however similar actions have been taken in the past to promote war.
1990 Testimony of Nayirah
Before the Gulf War in 1990 one of the main running stories was the testimony of Nayirah, she testified in front of the Congressional Human Rights Caucus stating that she had seen Iraqi forces taking hundreds of babies out of incubators and leaving them on the floor to die.
This testimony was used in 7 senators’ speeches backing the Gulf War and George Bush senior repeatedly referenced to this story in the campaign leading to military intervention in Iraq.
The only problem was- the story was a fake news story and Nayirah was actually the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador to the United States. Nayiray had been coached by Hill & Knowlton a public relations firm on her testimony, the testimony that was the main piece of propaganda that was responsible for the Gulf War.
In a later interview Nayirah father said it was not true and “I could easily buy someone else to do it” which just goes to show the level of integrity we are dealing with. If the evidence was not there it would be hard to believe but the video is below!
We just want to make it clear that we are merely reporting on the video shared and some of the opinions shared are not those of myself or any organisations I am personally affiliated with.
