Snowboarder Spends Hours Carving Beautiful Designs Into The Snow [Photos]

If you’ve spent time in nature, chances are you’ve noticed symmetrical patterns in flowers, trees, leaves, the shells of insects, and cacti. Inspired by this marvel, snowboarder and artist Simon Beck decided to try his own hand at creating masterful works of art.

In the years since Beck began seeking out sandy and snowy landscapes, which he illustrates with a pair of snowshoes, he has created 300+ large-scale artworks. Reportedly, he too is intrigued by snowflakes, spiraled cactus spears, cannabis leaves, and crop circles.
