39 Lessons I Learned Through Experiential Living

Experiential Living Luke Miller

By Luke Miller / Truth Theory

This morning I woke up and put a movie on called “Game Changers” the opening scene of the movie was a quote from Bruce Lee quote on experiential living that said;

“Research your own experience; absorb what is useful, reject what is useless and add what is essentially your own.”

This hit me, as one of my biggest lessons this year has been to live through experience, not just theory or what I like to call experiential living.

There is always a debate going on as to why veganism is the only way to be healthy or a carnivorous diets is the way forward. Then there is also the environmental debate, the ethical debate and many other debates. However, just because something works for you, it doesn’t mean it will be right for others. In fact it is irrelevant if 95% of people will benefit from the latest fad, if you are in the 5%.

My Experience…

For me personally- living through the feedback my mind and body gives me from my life decisions, has been the only way to determine without any doubt what is happening in my life. And the only way to fully know and embody something is to know and embody it myself.

So, after the opening scene in the movie I was watching, I turned it off and wrote the following on my social media about experiential living.

I have consciously been living experientially for the last year, and it’s been amazing.

Some of the things I have learned:

  • I know nothing. Literally nothing.
  • Apart from love. Because I am love.
  • Samadhi states are possible not only in stillness, but in movement and union.
  • I can orgasm multiple times, without ejaculation.
  • I can create real life things with my life force/sexual energy.
  • Magic is real and miracles happen everyday.
  • I am my best guide and teacher.
  • Sickness can be removed from the body of a willing participant by faith alone.
  • 1 hour in nature is the best medicine for any issue that arises.
  • Love is the driving force behind our existence.
  • God or the transcendent can be experienced by anyone who is willing to surrender.
  • The world is changing energetically and many people are experiencing the shift simultaneously.
  • Mistakes are actually blessings in lessons.
  • I am what I say I am. And I am love.
  • I am what you say I am. At least from your perspective.
  • I am the central point of my universe.
  • Loving myself allows me to love others.
  • Conditions and expectations lead to suffering.
  • I am able to speak in different languages in altered states and twice in recent months I have had conversations with other people in this alien language.
  • Peanut butter is good for me. Despite the advice to avoid 😏🤤
  • So are bananas 🍌
  • Love is the answer.
  • When an event unfolds that I have the opportunity to react to, I am literally offered an infinite number of timelines I can choose. I’m choosing the highest in all times I’m in alignment.
  • I can be in alignment any time I choose.
  • Divine union with another who is willing to grow equals accelerated growth.
  • Community is necessary.
  • We can’t do this alone.
  • Emotions are stored in the body and trauma causes sickness.
  • Sickness can be released when we listen to the lesson it has for us.
  • Cats are not actually psychopaths as if originally thought. They are the guardians of the spirit world. Hence their seeming absence.
  • Dog are our guardians in the physical realm.
  • I can go to another dimension from the comfort of my bed.
  • Animals are medicine.
  • Gods/Goddesses are archetypal forces that can be experienced by anyone.
  • Magic is real.
  • Magick is real.
  • Love is the answer.
  • Love is the answer.
  • Love is the answer.
