What if everything you ever perceived to be yourself, was in fact illusory? And behind the constant chatter of the mind there was a silent observer which is the higher self. This is the concept explored in the movie Samadhi.
It is thought with intense observation in silence we dissolve all which is illusory and when all points of focus disappear, what we are left with is the true self. This is Samadhi, the full realization of the true self. This is something that is relatively easy to grasp as an idea, however (as the movie states), an intellectual understanding of Samadhi is not the realisation of Samadhi.
