In 1969 A 14 Year Old Broke Into John Lennon’s Hotel Room: This Is How The Situation Unfolded

In 1969, 14-year-old Beatles fanatic Jerry Levitan beat the world media and managed to conduct an exclusive interview with John Lennon after he snuck into his hotel room. On this day Levitan skipped school and caught Lennon off guard in his hotel room, but instead of kicking him out or refusing to answer his question Lennon happily spoke to him and answered all of his questions.

38 years later, Jerry created an animated short about the experience which was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film, the film also went on to receive a number of other prestigious awards. Below is the result of this interview:
