Juliana is the owner of Culinary Dots and is passionate about creating raw and vegan creations that, in addition to being healthy, are exquisite to look at and extraordinary delicious. As can be seen below, most of her cakes feature beautiful bouquets of flowers on top that complement a series of unique flavors.
Raw vegan cakes tend to include a nut-based crust with dates and spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon. The “cheesecake” filling is oftentimes a mixture of cashews, coconut oil and milk, fruit, vanilla, lemon juice, sea salt and, sometimes, additions such as raw cacao. Every ingredient is wholesome, nutrient-dense and unprocessed, which is why these confectionary treats are so amazing.
