You don’t have to be a chef to whip up this delectable mango cobbler. It utilizes simple ingredients, is bursting with nutrients, and is sure to delight even the most carnivorous house guest you cook for.

Shared from Amanda Froelich’s new cookbook which offers 80+ plant-based recipes and a (bonus) 2-week menu plan (source: https://bloomforlife.org/cookbook_bfl/), it’s one of many recipes that is guaranteed to help you succeed at adopting a healthier lifestyle.

The author and chef shares that plant-based cooking is for everyone – especially when it comes to creating desserts that you want to satisfy your sweet tooth but not negatively impact your waistline. She writes:

“The best way to win over any foodie is to create a healthy, tantalizing dessert recipe like mango cobbler. The best part about this recipe is that it doesn’t require ANY cooking, yet still compares taste-wise to the traditional, cooked version. Because this dish is classified as a ‘raw’ dessert, it retains life-promoting enzymes, is chock full of nutrients, and has way more flavor than many treats out there.”
