Meditation is a foundational art which has been practiced across many cultures in various forms. It is well known for it’s roots in buddhist communities, however the earliest records of meditation (Dhyana), originate from the Hindu traditions of Vedantism from around 1500 BCE

It is impossible to pinpoint the exact origins of meditation, as meditation has possibly been around as long as human beings have. But one thing that is certain is it is here now and  having an amazing impact on many lives.
