10. Snake Plant

11. Valerian
The valerian has a sweet-smelling flower which blooms all around the year. The Romans have been using this plant to treat insomnia since time immemorial.
12. Peace Lily
This plant removes the organic pollutants from the indoor air. It also maintains the level of humidity inside the room and kills micro-organisms. Apart from sleep, it also helps with allergy and dry nose.
13. Areca Palm
This plant removes the volatile organic compounds and also maintains the level of humidity in the air inside your room.
14. Orchid
After sundown, unlike other plants, orchids absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. Thus, it purifies the air.
