A software company, which was founded just last year, has allowed employees to use cannabis whilst they are at work.

The company, named Denver’s Flowhub, does not allow smoking within the building, but does allow employees to eat food, fizzy drinks and juices that are infused with cannabis.

The company’s co-founders Kyle Sherman and Chase Wiseman claim that they are more focused on their employees getting their assigned work done, and if the use of marijuana helps them to get their work done then they “don’t care if they consume at work”.

Sherman continues to explain that the use of marijuana products can actually aid the work done by employees, particularly in brainstorming meetings, where it helps to “surface new ideas and a fresh take on things.”

He explained that their clients are “some of the biggest firms in the cannabis industry. We have to be on point with our work. We’ve never had a problem yet.”

Other companies which are also in the states where the use of marijuana is legalised are also following suit, including two companies which are both social media sites for stoners, named High There! and MassRoots.

The self-proclaimed “Facebook for pot users”, MassRoots, was co-founded by Isaac Dietrich, who claims that he was high when he came up the idea for the company, which has $4.4 million in funding, and therefore is very comfortable with his employees using marijuana whilst they are working.

Recent studies claim that the use of marijuana does not dumb you down or harm your body, and therefore this could be an idea that will catch on to many other companies within the legalised states in the future.
