by Janet Phelan
Last December, activist and journalist Janet Phelan traveled to Geneva and made an unprecedented presentation at the Biological Weapons Convention, which met for three weeks at the United Nations. Phelan blew the whistle on the illegal biological weapons program launched by the United States, which is a party to the international treaty prohibiting the development and stockpiling of these weapons of mass destruction.
Janet Phelan’s research indicates that the United States used the anthrax attacks of 2001 to ramp up a massive illegal biological weapons program and that the US might deploy these weapons against its own citizens, under the guise of a pandemic.
Her research reveals that deployment may take place as soon as 2013.
Janet intends to travel back to Geneva this December to present again at this Convention and needs your help to fund this trip.
